The Prosperity Ziggurat Apartments is an apartment building in the Prosperity Heights District in Cap City.

Externally, the building that is a steep truncated step pyramid about 20 storeys tall.  The building is constructed of large stone blocks with lots of glass. (H-106)

The apartment has an aerostat pad on the roof.  (H-105)

Lia had an apartment allocated there.

Lia’s Apartment

It’s unclear whether Lia went through the Allocations Bureau process to get an apartment or worked out a deal with Cinna Asterion to acquire one (one of the services Cinna provides.)

It is a one-bedroom apartment.  There is a glass-fronted balcony, which is along one of the pyramid steps.   

Lia has decorated in a fairly standard interior setup with a hint of plastic here and there (upmarket Dominion décor) and a lounge covered in a faux suede material in a dark shade of red.
