Karmen issues a command, “Ipan, hail them.  Tight beam transmission, radio band hailing frequency.”

“Attention unidentified ship, we are a Dominion-registered commercial vessel, uh, open to commercial opportunities.”

There’s a pause, then a voice comes back, accented like the military transmission previously, “Read you Dominion, we’re an Electorate independent.  What did you have in mind?”

Karmen looks to Oliver, “you want to take it from here or you want me to?”
